Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has officially secured the services of French forward Randal Kolo Muani, who previously played for Eintracht Frankfurt. This significant signing comes with a substantial commitment, as Kolo Muani has inked a five-year contract with the Ligue 1 powerhouse, as confirmed by the club on a Friday announcement.


While the exact transfer fee remains undisclosed, French media outlets have reported that it stands at a noteworthy 90 million euros (equivalent to approximately $96.96 million USD). This financial investment underscores PSG's dedication to bolstering their squad with top-tier talent.


Expressing his enthusiasm for returning to his roots, Kolo Muani stated, "It's truly exhilarating to find myself back where my football journey began. The 24-year-old forward had a commendable stint with Eintracht Frankfurt, where he featured in 50 matches and impressively netted 26 goals. His journey to the Bundesliga side commenced in July of the preceding year when he made the transition from Nantes, showcasing his growing prowess in European football.


Furthermore, Kolo Muani has made his mark on the international stage as well, earning nine caps for the French national team. Under the guidance of France's esteemed coach, Didier Deschamps, he has contributed a goal to his name. Notably, the talented striker has been included in Deschamps' squad for the upcoming Euro 2024 qualifier against Ireland and a friendly match against Germany later this month, affirming his status as a rising star in French football.
