 Switzerland Qualifies for Euro 2024 with 1-1 Draw Against Kosovo

Switzerland secured their spot at Euro 2024 with a 1-1 draw against Kosovo in the European qualifying Group I on Saturday. While Kosovo faced pressure during most of the first half, Switzerland broke the deadlock two minutes into the second half with a Ruben Vargas header. However, Kosovo fought back, and Muhamet Hyseni leveled the score eight minutes from time.

Sitting in second place with 17 points, Switzerland's draw ensured a top-two finish, marking their third consecutive appearance at the Euro finals and their sixth overall. Their final group game on Tuesday against group leaders Romania, who also sealed qualification with a 2-1 win over Israel, will determine the top spot in the group.
