The 2024 Euro Cup group stage is done. This group format is at a star-studded event in Germany. 24 teams have been divided into six groups. That is, there are four teams in each group. They will play against each other in the group stage.

A total of 24 teams were placed in four pots before the group stage. There were six countries in each group. Pot 1 had – Germany, Portugal, France, Spain, Belgium and England. Pot 2 had – Hungary, Turkey, Romania, Denmark, Albania and Austria. Pot 3 had - Netherlands, Scotland, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia and Czech Republic. Pot 4 had - Italy, Serbia, Switzerland, playoff winner 'A', playoff winner 'B' and playoff winner 'C'. The six countries in a pot are divided into six different groups. Being the host nation, Germany has been placed in Group A. Scotland face Germany in the opening match.

Group A – Germany, Hungary, Scotland, Switzerland

Group B - Spain, Albania, Croatia, Italy

Group C – England, Denmark, Slovenia, Serbia

Group D - France, Austria, Netherlands, playoff winner 'A'

Group E - Belgium, Romania, Slovakia, playoff winner 'B'

Group F - Portugal, Turkey, Czech Republic, playoff winner 'C'

Last time Euro Cup was held in 12 cities of the world. But this time UEFA has returned to the previous format. That is, there will be competition in one country. This time the host country is Germany. After the 2006 Football World Cup, they are the host country for a major tournament again. The competition will be held in 10 German cities. Last time, Italy won the championship by beating England in a tiebreaker in the final. This time also there are these two strong countries of Europe.

Out of the 24 teams in the competition, 21 have already been confirmed. The remaining three teams will play the playoffs. Euro Cup will be held from June 14 to July 14 next year. Final in Berlin on July 14. Before that, the remaining three teams will be decided through the playoffs in March next year.
