Arling Holland made one record after another in the Premier League last season. After joining Manchester City, Holland won 5 trophies with the club. The Norwegian striker has won the Champions League, English Premier League, FA Cup, UEFA Super Cup and Club World Cup for City this year.

Holland scored 50 goals in 60 matches this year. And in recognition of such success, Holland won the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) player of the year award. The striker recently beat Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi to win the award.

However, Al Nasr's Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo did not make it to the top ten of the IFFHS list. The only Portuguese player to make the list is Bernardo Silva, who had a great season for City. He is ranked 8th in the list.
