West Ham United bids farewell to Thierry Nevers and Archie Woods, confirming their departure from the Club.
Thierry Nevers, the winger, has finalized a permanent move to Moldovan Super Liga side FC Sheriff Tiraspol. Nevers spent two-and-a-half years in east London after joining West Ham from Reading in June 2021. During the 2022/23 season, the 21-year-old embarked on two loan spells in EFL League Two, initially with Newport County and later with Bradford City.
In parallel, midfielder Archie Woods departs West Ham United through mutual agreement. Woods, aged 20, made 22 appearances for the U21s during the 2022/23 season. He began the current campaign on loan at Dartford in the Vanarama National League South.
West Ham United extends gratitude to Thierry and Archie for their dedicated contributions while donning the Claret and Blue. The Club wishes them both every success in their future endeavors.
