Inside sources say that Roque is being called the new star of Brazil's new day. Barcelona is set to recruit this young footballer from Atletico Paranaense. Barcelona is determined to secure this footballer as a future investment. The Catalan club is so excited about this Brazilian youngster that they are willing to let go of Torres and Frenkie de Jong to bring him in.

As a contractual value, Barcelona is ready to offer Roque 30 million euros. In addition to this, there may be some additional fees, which could raise the total to 30 million 10 lakh euros. Barcelona is looking to reach an agreement with Roque until 2030. In the first season, Roque will receive a salary of 3.5 million euros. This amount is relatively low because three European powerhouses, Chelsea, Manchester United, and PSG, were willing to offer him up to 100 million euros. Roque was convinced by Barcelona's attraction as a club to play for, even with a lower financial offer.

In this regard, coach Javi Hernandez has already welcomed Roque to Barcelona over the phone. He assured Roque that he will have confidence in him wearing Barcelona's jersey. He also mentioned that Roque has a role to play in bringing him to Barcelona. He expressed his eagerness to have discussions with the Brazilian youngster.

The phone call from Javi brought joy to Roque. The fact that Barcelona's coach will personally call him was something the Brazilian footballer did not expect. This phone call also made it clear that Barcelona wants Roque to join the squad and contribute immediately. However, before that, Barcelona needs to finalize the sales of Rafinha, Ansu Fati, Frenkie de Jong, Torres, and Ousmane Dembele.

Roque has excelled as part of the Under-20 Brazilian national team. In the last season, he joined Athletico Paranaense from Brazilian club Cruzeiro. He demonstrated exceptional skills and increased his market value. In 66 matches, he scored 22 goals.
