The indomitable 38-year-old striker played an instrumental role in both of her team's goals during this farewell game. She executed a masterful long pass to set up Trinity Rodman's goal, courtesy of a precise delivery to Alex Morgan, and then took a corner that led to Emily Sonnett's powerful header finding the back of the net.

Rapinoe, a recipient of prestigious accolades including the Golden Boot, Golden Ball, and Ballon d'Or for her outstanding contributions during the U.S.'s triumphant 2019 World Cup campaign, left the pitch in the 52nd minute amidst a resounding standing ovation from the crowd.
