Juventus vs. Inter Ends 1-1, Martinez and Vlahovic Shine
Juventus and Inter Milan faced off in a Serie A showdown, concluding with a 1-1 draw as Lautaro Martinez of Inter canceled out Dusan Vlahovic's earlier goal in Turin on Sunday.
Breaking the deadlock in the 27th minute, Vlahovic received a precise pass from Federico Chiesa inside the box, displaying composure as he slotted the ball into the bottom corner.
Six minutes later, Inter leveled the score when Martinez executed an intelligent run into the box, seizing control of a cross from Marcus Thuram and firing an angled shot into the near post.
The outcome maintains Inter's position at the top with 32 points, while Juventus sits in second with 30 points, each team having played 13 matches.
Chiesa had Juve's initial opportunity, receiving the ball inside the box but firing over the bar. Inter's Hakan Calhanoglu also narrowly missed the target with a daring long-range strike.
In the second half, both teams struggled to breach each other's defenses, resulting in an increasingly fractious game. Boos echoed through the stands when Inter introduced Juan Cuadrado, who had spent eight years at Juve before joining Inter in June.
Looking ahead, Juventus is set to visit Monza on Friday, while Inter will face Benfica in a Champions League clash on Wednesday before visiting Napoli on December 3rd.
