In the Netherlands, PSV Eindhoven continued their flawless season with a 14-game winning streak, securing a significant victory against Feyenoord and extending their lead to 10 points. Dismissing notions of an early title race conclusion, PSV coach Peter Bosz emphasized the unpredictability ahead, stating, "We’re not even halfway. You can lose three games in a row, and suddenly your lead is down to just one." Despite a nervy finish with Feyenoord's late goal, PSV remains formidable.

In Germany, Bayern Munich has an opportunity to reclaim the Bundesliga lead following Bayer Leverkusen's 1-1 draw against Borussia Dortmund. Bayern, three points behind Leverkusen but with a superior goal difference, has a postponed match against Union Berlin, providing a chance to close the gap. The delay, caused by heavy snowfall, leaves the rescheduled date pending.

In Spain, Barcelona demonstrated resilience with a crucial 1-0 victory over title contenders Atletico Madrid. Joao Felix, on loan at Barca, scored the winner, celebrating against his parent club. Despite recent criticism of Xavi Hernandez's team, Barca moved to third place in LaLiga standings with 34 points, trailing leaders Real Madrid and Girona by four points. Atletico, in fourth with 31 points, holds a game in hand against their main rivals.
