In a stellar display, Artem Dovbyk claims LALIGA EA SPORTS Player of the Month for December, a distinction presented by LALIGA in collaboration with EA. The Ukrainian forward played a pivotal role in Girona's triumphant month, contributing to three victories and maintaining joint league leadership with Real Madrid at the season's midway point, both teams level on points.

With a total of four goals in four games, including a brace against Deportivo Alaves, Dovbyk's exceptional performances earned him the prestigious Player of the Month award. His goal-scoring exploits extended to matches against FC Barcelona and Real Betis, solidifying his status as a standout player for Girona FC.
