Fulham has strengthened their attacking lineup with the acquisition of Armando Broja from Chelsea on loan. The 22-year-old Albanian striker, assigned the No. 9 jersey, will be with the Cottagers until the season's end, marking the sole signing of the January transfer window.
Expressing his excitement, Broja stated, "It feels amazing. I'm really happy to be here and I can't wait to get started, meet the players and manager and play for the fans." He emphasized his eagerness to interact with the supporters at Craven Cottage and pledged to diligently contribute to the team's success.
Having netted twice in 19 appearances for Chelsea this season, Broja's journey includes recovery from an ACL injury suffered in December 2022. Additionally, he brings Premier League experience from his stint with Southampton in the 2021/22 season, during which he scored six goals in 32 appearances.
Fulham enthusiasts may witness their newest addition in action this Saturday as the Cottagers take on Burnley.
